Warranty

All Zoostorm systems come with our unrivalled 1 Year Collect, Repair and Return Warranty as standard. If your system encounters a fault within this period, we will arrange for your PC to be collected, restored at one of our repair centres and returned back to you in full working order.

For business customers, we offer a range of flexible warranty options to meet your organisations needs:

Collect, Repair and Return Warranty 1 or 3 YearsIf you experience a hardware fault within the agreed time period we endeavour to resolve the issue over the phone. If the unit needs to come in house for repair we will arrange collection and replace any faulty components within your unit. Once your unit is back to full working order we will return the unit back to you.
On Site Next Business Day Warranty1, 3, or 5 YearsIf you experience a hardware fault within the agreed time period we endeavour to resolve the issue over the phone. If any hardware needs to be repaired, we will arrange for one of our expertly trained third party engineers to attend onsite. If the unit cannot be repaired onsite we will arrange for the unit to be taken to one of our service centres for repair and then return the unit.
Return to Base Warranty
1, 3, or 5 Years
In the case of a hardware fault we will endeavour to resolve the issue over the phone. If the hardware needs to be replaced you will need to arrange the return and collection of the unit. Once restored back to full working order, we will inform you that the unit is ready to collect.

*All Zoostorm warranties only cover hardware issues, and do not cover software issue.

**If an issue occurs outside of your warranty period, we will provide a quote via email for repair. If you wish to proceed, payments can be made via phone call. if you choose not to proceed, we will return your PC free of charge.
